2. Refund policy — The Laugh Guarantee

The Laugh Guarantee: 30 days
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to try it. If you're not happy, for any reason, email us at with your order number and we'll refund you.
- You don't need to send the product back. Keep it or give it away.
- We refund the full amount you paid for the products, including shipping.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of your email. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Defective or wrong items
If something arrives defective, with a damaged print, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo. We'll send you a new one free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer. No need to return it either.
Pack gifts
The gloves and the surprise face included in packs are free gifts. They have no separate price and are not refunded separately.
Design exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like a different face, request a refund under the guarantee and place a new order for the one you want.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is an additional commitment from FACESKI. It does not replace or limit your rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity that apply under the law of your country.
